POSITION SUMMARY
Frost-Arnett Company is actively seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Representative for full-cycle recruiting in a growing environment. This is a newly developed role designed to manage not only company growth in size but also new talent demands. The Talent Acquisition Representative will leverage inner-personal skills to work with hiring managers to assess company fit and understand specific position needs and market availability. Additionally, this position will seamlessly guide successful candidates through the new hire process at Frost-Arnett Company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partners with department hiring managers to understand the company culture and key performance indicators for open positions.
- Creates and maintains a network of job applicants through various industry-related sources and the development of alternative recruiting sources.
- Managing the application tracking system workflow through requisitions, job postings, phone/live interviews, contingent job offer process, and onboarding.
- Conducts sourcing and consistent brand management via marketing channels and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Advises hiring managers and facilitates selection needs in decision-making meetings.
- Partners with HR Director and Business Unit Leaders to create recruitment strategies in order to support business needs.
- Assists HR Director with various recruitment related projects.
- Maintain Hiring/Retention Statistics.
- Administrative Task Associated with the recruitment process.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Working hours: Flexible Work Schedule, Monday - Friday
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment demonstrated through two to three of direct recruitment experience.
- Proven experience and success analyzing recruitment needs, formulating strategies to meet needs, and implementing strategic plans.
- High School Diploma Required (Bachelor's degree Preferred).
- Two years experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Ultimate Software preferred).
- Healthcare, Call Center, or High-Volume Staffing Background Preferred.
- Previous Skills assessment inventory certification preferred (DISC, Strength Finders, etc.)

- Ability to write business-related documents such as letters, emails, and other business correspondence as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee frequently is required to use their hands to dial a telephone, utilize a computer keyboard and mouse, and operate office equipment. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms and lift up to 20 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee works in a temperature-controlled office environment. The employee sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours, answers and makes telephone calls using a standard telephone, types on a standard keyboard, and reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources.
