By joining our collaborative Internal Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the success of service lines such as Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk, Private Equity, and more. As a trusted partner to our internal stakeholders, you’ll leverage your expertise, unique perspectives, and deep functional knowledge to deliver innovative, tailored solutions that identify, engage, and hire exceptional professionals with Accounting and Finance backgrounds. With guidance from experienced leaders and a collaborative team, you’ll have the support you need to thrive and drive impactful results.
What You’ll Do:
- Immerse Yourself: Develop a deep understanding of CrossCountry’s culture, pipeline, processes, protocols, and service lines with the support of your coach and team.
- Lead the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Source, screen, interview, and guide top-tier candidates through a seamless hiring journey, including offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Leverage Your Sourcing Expertise: Use advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Google Xray to identify exceptional talent who embody CrossCountry’s Core Values—Excellence, Energy, Collaboration, and Impact.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to gain a comprehensive understanding of current and future hiring needs, crafting compelling job descriptions that resonate with top talent.
- Optimize and Innovate: Maintain accurate documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities, while providing insights and recommendations to refine processes.
- Get Involved: Dive into special projects and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of our Talent Acquisition team.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting or sourcing experience in Accounting Advisory, Private Equity and Big 4 successfully.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Google Xray, etc.) and demonstrated experience finding and engaging Accounting/Finance professionals.
- A passion for, and proven ability to, go above and beyond in creating an outstanding candidate experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence, paired with the ability to work independently.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership alike.
