Talent Acquisition Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard "A" players for our expanding team across our multiple offices and functions. 
• Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
• Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
• Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
• Manage end to end recruitment process.
• Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
• Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding.
• Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.
• Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research..

Skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build & analyze reports.
• Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
• Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
• Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with 4 -7 years of experience in volume hiring and recruitment for technology business
• Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
• Experience in candidate assessment and management.
