Talent Acquisition Senior Manager
Job Description
Centri is looking to hire an experienced recruiting professional to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a role for someone that would like to be constantly challenged and to play a key role in the firm’s growth goals. This person will have the opportunity to occasionally travel to other offices as the firm continues to experience rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring fulltime candidates to fulfill the hiring needs of the firm, including but not limited to, interacting with and developing relationships with candidates, screening applicants, reviewing resumes for interview selection and managing the offer process
- Work with the hiring managers to develop and implement creative, proactive and effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term recruitment needs; this includes competitive intelligence, researched-based candidate pipeline development and proactive network generation
- Responsible for driving and managing the recruiting pipeline and reporting on results to leadership
- Working with hiring managers and firm leadership to determine hiring strategy for filling positions in designated offices and service lines
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members as necessary to execute a consistent strategy; collaborate with other HR functions and resource management in designated offices
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role; preferably within a professional services environment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects and processes
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, time and project management and presentation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
Physical Requirements:Â
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Â
- Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.Â
