Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to attract the best talent available to support Sierra Space creating a new space ecosystem and establishing new civilizations beyond Earth. As Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be using your skills and expertise to support our enterprise-wide recruiting efforts. You'll be responsible for sourcing, prescreening candidates, tracking job applicants and assisting with contractor conversion and onboarding.
Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin and Durham, North Carolina, Kennedy Space Center in Florida designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations. Must Haves:

• Requires a BA/BS in Related Field
  
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
• 0-2 years of Talent Acquisition Sourcing experience
• Creative, open-minded and strategic approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multitask skills with ability to track, document and follow up with a large quantity of candidates.
• Strong technical aptitude - Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, and/or other related technology a plus.
• Self-motivated with desire to contribute to overall team success.

Preferred:

• Understanding of nuances related to Recruiting/Sourcing corporate professionals is a plus.
• Experience sourcing a highly sought-after skill set and building a pipeline of qualified Production, Engineering or Manufacturing candidates preferred.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances
