Overview:

Our Talent Acquisition Team in North America is growing, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone who can collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leaders who want to make their mark in a fast-paced software environment. We're looking for Talent Sourcers and Recruiters who are passionate about recruiting strategies, technology, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Talent Sourcers and Recruiters will support each other to manage the full cycle recruitment process.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process and play a critical role in identifying sale and marketing talent to join Trend Micro by:

• Identifying, attracting, and evaluating both passive and active candidates through a variety of search methods to include, but not limited to social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, etc.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects
• Developing and building creative sourcing strategies to grow talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the market
• Creating exceptional experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Working with leadership to promote Trend Micro branding
• Ensuring diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated from pipeline development to hire
• Identifying and recommending opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvement
• Tracking and recording sourcing results within Recruitment Platforms

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field
• 4+ years in dedicated Recruitment or Sourcing experience, with a focus in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in high-tech, high-growth technology company
• Experience managing full cycle talent acquisition process
• Sales and/or Marketing sourcing and recruitment focused
• Strong HRIS experience, Workday preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work and service multiple clients and several projects simultaneously
• Ability to think outside the box to find talent
