Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant

Accendi Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to join our team to support our Recruitment Services team on permanent and executive searches. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Consultants on recruiting engagements and using your industry expertise to proactively identify external talent through our people intelligence platforms, internal database, and social networks etc.Â
You will use your sourcing experience within an agency or in-house sourcing recruitment (e.g., within the tech industry or engineering field) to identify talent. This person will mainly work remotely, but occasionally come into the office for meetings as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage a portfolio of searches with responsibility for delivering against hiring goals.
- Act as a strategic partner and consult with Recruiting team to develop ideal candidate profiles and address recruitment challenges as it relates to attracting top talent.
- Think creatively and innovatively about recruitment and willing to research/seek out new avenues.
- Turn profile requirements into an effective diversified sourcing strategy using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, online postings, market mapping, name generation, referrals, social media outlets, and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.
- Provide sourcing support by identifying and phone screening interested candidates for specific openings; present interested qualified candidates and detailed phone screen recap notes to Recruiting team in ats/crm.
- Ability to understand role requirements especially within the technical field, match talent to job openings.
- Maintains candidate slates and pipelines; builds talent networks.
- Engaging communication skills with an ability to explain a variety of roles and be an ambassador for employer brands.
- Exceptional level of attention to detail, and a desire to be part of a team that drives for success.
- Execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Identify new strategies to promote a positive candidate experience.
- Share market insights, trends and relevant information to Recruiting team, attend meetings and foster ongoing communication throughout the recruiting process.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
- Associates degree required. BA/BS degree preferred.
- A minimum of (3) years progressive experience in human resources; previous staffing and/or talent acquisition preferred.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation required.
- Previous experience in RPO, staffing, or data mining/research environment.
- Experience in direct or executive search preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills.
- Ability to build working relationships with candidates, colleagues and Consultants.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with details and complexity, yet mindful of the big picture.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently.
- Previous experience utilizing an ATS (applicant tracking system) required.
- Recruiting Certification (AIRS PRC, CSSR, CDR, ECRE certification) is preferred.
