The Job Details:
As Logiwa’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Logiwa’s USA team. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to gather role requirements, and help to create structured, competency-based interview plans. You’ll review active applicants and source passive talent with an eye to connecting with diverse and underrepresented populations. You’re passionate about creating great candidate experiences, from the beginning of a search all the way through extending and negotiating job offers.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct full cycle recruiting on multiple roles across a variety of functions
- Work closely with People Operations and Hiring Managers to develop interview plans to best assess candidates
- Use creative sourcing and outreach strategies to connect with passive talent
- Act as a partner to your hiring managers, learning about their business needs, building strong relationship, and providing guidance and supportÂ
- Create a stellar, personalized candidate experience for each potential Logiwan going through our hiring processÂ
- Maintain accurate recruiting data in Greenhouse ATS to drive data-driven decision making
- Look for opportunities to positively represent the Logiwa employer brand, in person or online
- Work with global recruiting team on People initiatives, employer branding, and events and partnerships
You Have:
- 2-5 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably at a rapidly growing technology companyÂ
- In-depth knowledge of how to conduct interviews and select quality talent
- Strong communication skills, both while working with candidates and with internal teams at Logiwa
- Experience working with ATS systems (We use Greenhouse)
- Ability to work in person from downtown Chicago office once a weekÂ
