This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Siliconβ’ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Job Summary:Β
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an important contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You will be responsible to drive full cycle of Indirect Labor recruiting processes. In this role, you will help develop and execute a recruiting strategy to support our resourcing needs, best utilize our recruiting technologies aligned with global recruiting processes and help innovate in our ability to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with operations requirements.
- Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
- Develops and administers employee referral programs.
- Manages the resume tracking system. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Works effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions and ensures that job descriptions is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Manager to understand job requirement.
- Identify and execute various of recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy for hiring.
- To review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of interviews as well as other recruitment events.
- Provide timely updates on hiring and headcount progress.
- Able to put into practice best in class recruitment including passive candidate sourcing utilizing hiring tools/systems.
- Sound knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in human resource/business administration or any related degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting.
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Passionate about recruitment drive and sourcing
- Result-oriented and excellent time management
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in social media recruitment, CV database, and professional networks
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
