Interclypse is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in fully cleared technical recruiting to help grow our amazing team. We're continuously expanding into new projects (and a brand new office!) with plenty of seats to fill. That's where you come in. The Interclypse Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, recruiting, and presenting qualified candidates for primarily technical but also some non-technical positions.

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities
  1. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  2. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  3. Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies specific to the vacancy roles, industry standards, and organizational needs.
  4. Drafts recruitment ads and posts on appropriate sites.
  5. Identifies, contacts ( includes cold calling ), and screens applicants for qualification before passing them to the hiring manager for an interview.
  6. Schedules interviews with hiring managers and oversees interview process to include attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Collaborates with the hiring manager, human resources, and security officer through the selection process to identify salary, incentives, start dates, security requirements, and other important details.
  8. Attends and participates in career fairs and recruiting networking events.
  9. Maintains contact with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process to keep them engaged and updated on their progress.
  10. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policy with regard to employment practices.
  11. Assists with various special projects as assigned.
  12. Adheres to and supports organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
  13. Maintains flexibility and performs related duties as requested or assigned.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to adapt to a flexible schedule that includes efforts outside of regular business hours.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting strategies and methods to find new candidates
  • Ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing environments.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of staff courteously and effectively.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of recruiting experience in the technology industry and/or intelligence community.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel for recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time at recruiting events and career fairs.
