Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to execute our recruitment process; from creating job descriptions to identifying potential hires by interviewing and evaluating candidates. The Recruiter will play an important role in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Experienced with filling a variety of roles - Manufacturing, Professional and/or Fiel Service highly desired

Responsibilities will include the following:

Consult

• Collaborate with HR and Managers to design and update job descriptions
• Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Managers to fully understand job requirements
• Make recommendations to hiring managers as needed
• Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Advertise

• Post job openings on company's careers page, social media, and job boards
• Use recruiting tools such as [applicant tracking, knowledge management software, external resources/social media resources] to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud/HUB Recruiting preferred

Source and Interview

• Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
• Follow-up on the interview process status
• Assist with the negotiatiation of offers, as needed

Measure

• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Maintain records on recruiting activities
• Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
• Research, analyze, and present hiring statistics.

This is an Hybrid based position, three days in the office and two days work from home.
