Objectives of this Role

• Build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline for open positions

• Provide personalized outbound messaging to prospective candidates

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Grow your network to attract passive talent to open positions

• Qualify candidates for potential roles and opportunities

• Send personalized outbound messages to prospective talent

• Curate a positive candidate experience

• Conduct initial candidate pre screens

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of success

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Highly competitive 

• Ability to work independently / Self-Motivated
