Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
While we practice a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office, the remaining time remote), the candidate must be local to the Atlanta area.
As an Internal Recruiter, Your Responsibilities Include:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and recommending candidates for open roles, as well as pipeline candidates for future opportunities. This spans both technical and business openings
- Creative sourcing of candidates as this is a critical skill for this role.
- Diversity is important to us and a topic we don't shy away from discussing - it is of the utmost importance that this is a core part of our recruitment tactics.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies by sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.)
- Serve as a brand ambassador treating every candidate interaction as an extension of the Apptega brand.
Proactively communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the candidate pipeline.
Focus on solutions and execution, and thrive in the face of ever-changing demands from the business
Continuously learning by staying on top of emerging platforms, trends, products, or techniques that may net more effective results.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a fast-growing startup and SaaS company
- At least two years of successfully recruiting technology candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills with an eye on great candidate experience
- As comfortable recruiting Full-Stack Developers as you are recruiting Business Development Reps.
Proactive with a get stuff done attitude.
Excellent judgment of character and genuine passion for matching talent with need
Proficient in an ATS (Workable, a plus) and Office365
