As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to be a driving member of our growth. This is a high exposure position in which you will be able to work closely with the US HR Manager and collaborate with various teams across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process in the US, including:
- Direct sourcing of candidates through Linkedin and other job boards
- Partnering with the HR Manager on strategic recruitment plans
- Management of the Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
- Responsible for hiring metrics reporting
- Interview coordination and process management
- Advertising roles, ensuring job descriptions are up to date
- Tracking progress against our headcount goals
- Partnering with the Culture Committee and HR Manager on employee engagement and DEI initiatives for the US office
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of prior experience in a similar Recruitment/HR role or related position
- Previous experience using LI Recruiter/ Recruiter Lite and Workable (or similar ATS)
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Excellent communication, both oral and written, able to build strong personal connections with stakeholders
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Proactive
- Some working knowledge of US employment law would be advantageous
- Experience of working in the digital/data sector would be advantageous
