As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to be a driving member of our growth. This is a high exposure position in which you will be able to work closely with the US HR Manager and collaborate with various teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruitment process in the US, including:
• Direct sourcing of candidates through Linkedin and other job boards
• Partnering with the HR Manager on strategic recruitment plans
• Management of the Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
• Responsible for hiring metrics reporting
• Interview coordination and process management
• Advertising roles, ensuring job descriptions are up to date
• Tracking progress against our headcount goals
• Partnering with the Culture Committee and HR Manager on employee engagement and DEI initiatives for the US office

Relevant Experience:

• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years of prior experience in a similar Recruitment/HR role or related position
• Previous experience using LI Recruiter/ Recruiter Lite and Workable (or similar ATS)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, able to build strong personal connections with stakeholders
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Proactive
• Some working knowledge of US employment law would be advantageous
• Experience of working in the digital/data sector would be advantageous
