Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a collaborative, experienced, and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our small, but rapidly growing team. You’re a jill or jack of all trades in the recruiting arena, with the ability to be strategic and think big picture. No initiative is too big or small for you!

What you will do: 

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for 3-5 roles at a time.
• Support the recruiting team in coordinating interviews.
• Be the Talent Acquisition go-to sourcer extraordinaire.
• Drive Bobbie’s employer branding strategy.
• Support our new hire onboarding program and bring ideas on how to make it better.
• Own our people systems with the goal of making things hum and work efficiently.
• Keep us compliant when it comes to our people and recruiting processes.

What we would like you have: 

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience with people systems (Greenhouse, Justworks preferred).
• Prior experience hiring across the business, including eCommerce, marketing, product, operations, and G&A.
• Experience in a rapid growth startup environment.
• Experience hiring for CPG and/or DTC companies is a bonus.
• Data driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills (we’re expert jugglers around here!).
