We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment coordination efforts on our Human Resources Team. This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for contributing to a world class team of top talent and helping to create a pink glove (similar to white glove but Evolized) interview experience. You will work with hiring managers and interview teams to coordinate calendars and availability. Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Correspond with candidates and internal team including sending meeting requests through Outlook and/or the recruiting database system
- Provide recruiting coordination and support for high level recruiting process
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of recruiting functions including requisition creation, interview travel coordination, sourcing, competitive research and screening
- Prepare recruiting analyses via excel and summarize results in PowerPoint presentations
- Develop strong working relationships with leadership team and support staff to successfully manage candidate through recruiting process
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using Outlook, conference calls, and video conferences
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Handle all interview scheduling and follow up for Recruiting team
- Assist in creating a candidate-centric Evolus experience
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or relevant field preferred
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous HR experience in medium to large corporation
- Approach work with a customer-centric mindset
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a talent acquisition coordinator preferred.
- Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.
- Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.
- A thorough understanding of state and federal legal processes, requirements, and legislation.
- Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities.
- Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution.
- Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven.

- Hybrid work schedule - M/F Remote, T/W/Th in Office
Compensation & Total Rewards:
This is an exempt position. The expected salary range for this position is $59,840 - $74,800. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
