🦸♀️ Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies
- Develop engaging content such as social media posts, videos, and communication toolkits to enhance the visibility of the employer brand
- Work closely with People, IT and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, from system setup to team introductions
🌟 Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience with onboarding and employer brand initiatives is a plus
