*Salary range: $70,000- 85,000 annually*

Experienced recruiter administrator with a passion for the IT world? We want you! AMAX is seeking a recruiter with extensive knowledge of computer hardware/software to support our team. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs across various departments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal trackers. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the team and provide feasible solutions from the analysis.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
  • Conduct candidate reference and background checks.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates and providing timely updates on the recruitment process.
  • Partner with the HR team to manage new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to attract top talents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

You are tech-savvy, passionate, and organized. You know how to communicate AMAX's strength to the talents based on their career goals and specific needs.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the tech industry.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders effectively and professionally.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Good to have:

  • Knowledge of parallel computing, computer hardware, network, and data storage.
  • Advanced degree in Psychology or communication/business-related fields.
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, sales, or customer services.
  • Experience in other HR fields, including onboarding, training, performance review, C&B, or visa sponsorships.
