Talent Acquisition Specialist

Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist .

The role is based in Germany .

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process on DACH market.

• Determining selection criteria hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions.

• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals recruitment sites job boards social platforms etc.

• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens candidate interviews offer preparations and close qualified candidates.

• Collect input and report recruitment data and metrics.

• Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.

Requirements:

• Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for least 1 year.

• In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods (competency-based interview will be a plus).

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/

• Strong customer service negotiation skills and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.

• Fluency in English and German (spoken and business writing).

Nice to have:

• Experience in a fast-paced hyper-growth startup or agency.

• Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales Marketing Finance).

• Experience working with the Global market (Europe Asia USA).
