Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-month contract with opportunity for permanent placement)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to come in on a contract basis, who thrives on matching candidates with their next great opportunity. TA Specialist will leverage strategic and creative capabilities to support the ongoing recruiting needs for Audax. Areas of focus will be a best-in-class candidate experience, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and recommending creative employment branding ideas to attract talent. This role is hybrid with 3 days working in our Boston, MA office.

What You’ll Do

• Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
• Coach and educate hiring managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions.
• Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
• Own all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
• Build and on-going, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure annual hiring needs are achieved.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting; proven success in managing and sourcing multiple openings at one time with an ability to run a full life cycle recruiting function
• Experience working in a former asset management, financial services, management consulting, or professional services environment.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates by using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques and other creative initiatives.
• Exceptional at managing time and projects; provides timely status updates to hiring teams on candidate progress and feedback.
• Experience acting as a trusted peer to hiring managers; is proactive at building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Creatively source and identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including LinkedIn, social media, networking, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus!)
