We're a fast-growing recruitment agency connecting top 1% talent with ambitious companies worldwide.

• Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 per month
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 1pm - 9pm Philippine Time
• Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Requirements

🎯 Your Goal: Own the full recruitment cycle while finding ways to make it faster and better. You'll analyze client needs, create targeted job profiles, screen quality candidates, and manage placements - all while using data to improve processes and bringing fresh ideas to the team.

1. You're a Recruitment Expert:

• You have proven experience in agency recruitment across diverse industries
• You excel at remote hiring and virtual candidate assessment

2. You're Independent & Strategic:

• You take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle by strategically thinking ahead and considering the potential consequences of your decisions
• You make data-driven decisions independently with minimal guidance

3. You're Process-Oriented:

• You create and optimize hiring workflows
• You leverage technology to improve efficiency

4. You're Tech-Savvy:

• You're proficient with Workable and other ATS platforms
• You understand how to use technology to scale recruitment operations

5. You're Growth-Focused:

• You're excited about scaling with a growing business
• You continuously seek ways to improve and innovate
