Talent Acquisition Specialist

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations;
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent;
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up;
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements;
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database;
• If the necessary selection of recruitment agencies and partners and communications with them for boosting hiring speed;
• Taking part in all international hiring, as applicable; 
• Managing the onboarding process for new employees;

What’s Required

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR or any related field; 
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a Recruitment Agency or in-house;
• Deep knowledge of the recruitment specific in the US market;
• Contributor or similar role, with complete ownership of the hiring lifecycle; 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where an organization is scaling to a new market amid tight external conditions, will be highly preferred; 
• Construction, manufacturing 3D printing experience will be highly beneficial; 
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write targeted & professional job postings;
• Openness, values-based attitude towards work, humanity, and consideration of different views of the world/cultures;
