An energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist that enjoys working in a collaborative environment and building teams. The ideal person is highly organized and has a passion for building relationships and engaging with talented people interested in joining Axxess. Build community relationships by engaging with community and university partners by attending virtual and local career events, including Tech Talks and to increase brand awareness and build a pipeline of talent. What you will do...

• Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross functional partners across the organization to build teams
• Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans of acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals
• Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent
• Have fun

What you bring...

• Bachelor's degree required
• Desire to learn full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Proven social media engagement to deliver on talent brand marketing strategy
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and process driven
• Strong level of confidence in taking a consultative approach when communicating with senior level leaders
• High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships
• Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence
