Job Description

Team: Recruiting

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Brazil.

This role is a key contributor to a global recruitment function, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies. The position requires a proactive and data-driven approach to identifying top talent, including passive candidates across multiple channels. You will also play an important role in improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and hiring quality. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, performance-oriented global setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Create and maintain job postings within the ATS and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment strategies, and workforce needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of 10–20 open requisitions simultaneously across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct background and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
  • Monitor and improve key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Use recruitment data and analytics to support continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an in-house environment.
    • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions (10–15+ simultaneously) with strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.
    • Strong results-oriented mindset with urgency, ownership, and accountability.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-centric approach to recruitment.
    • Benefits:

      • Monthly salary between BRL 3,000 and BRL 3,500.
      • Flexible remote work model, with possible hybrid arrangements depending on location.
      • Opportunity to work in a global, fast-growing international organization.
      • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
      • Exposure to global recruitment processes and diverse hiring portfolios.
      • Comprehensive benefits package.
      • Collaborative and dynamic HR environment.
