Job Description

As Talent Acquisition specialist at Evolution you will:

• Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process for mostly entry-level roles 
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally;
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;
• Cooperate with the Employer Branding and Internal Communications team for finding the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes;
• Take part in active sourcing
• Build and maintain professional relationship with the universities and other relevant sources of talent including visiting different premises, activities, events

Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to join our team, focusing on filling mass recruitment roles. Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 12 months of experience as a recruiter, ideally with experience in recruiting for retail, sales, customer service or similar positions
• Excellent written and spoken Czech and English skills
• A passion for customer service
• A positive, achievement-oriented attitude
• A desire to grow and develop a career within an international company
• The ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders
• A "can-do" attitude – full training will be provided!
