Position Details
The First Bank Recruiter will collaborate with clients (Human Resources and First Bank business leaders) to define roles and implement staffing strategies to source qualified and diverse candidate pool. This sourcing position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy, with a particular emphasis on sourcing high-quality active and passive candidates. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and introducing banking, technical and non-technical candidates to First Bank.
Responsibilities
- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews job applicants to fill existing career opportunities in the various department for First Bank. Interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Build applicant sources by researching and utilizing colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and Internet sites; provide organization information, opportunities and benefits; attend career/job fairs and make presentations; develop a candidate pipeline/talent pool for growing talent demands; proactively source passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring regular touch points and diligent follow through.
- Involved in the recruiting lifecycle to include sourcing, selection, offer and parts of the onboarding process.

Education Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Three to five years' experience and/or training in a recruiting and/or candidate sourcing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience with an applicant tracking system is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook required.
