Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The specialist will manage searches for certain positions including conducting phone screens, managing in-person interviews, scheduling testing, facilitating debrief sessions, making offers and stewarding through on-boarding.

Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The specialist will manage searches for certain positions including conducting phone screens, managing in-person interviews, scheduling testing, facilitating debrief sessions, making offers and stewarding through on-boarding.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process for certain positions
- Collaborate with hiring manager to identify and review job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Partner with other HR Team members to ensure ATS setup and usage drive efficiency, transparency, and best practices in the recruitment process
- Assist with the management of external job posting and recruitment marketing processes.
- Research and identify external job posting locations and organically source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards using Boolean search techniques.
- Schedule interviews; obtain and provide feedback to/from hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and other recruitment marketing events.
- Assist in the collection recruitment metric KPIs.
- Collaborate with external agencies as needed.
- Present offers to and inform candidates of rejection as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 2 years recruiting experience, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake and other recruitment software.
- Previous experience with Paycom HRIS preferred.
Additional Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
