Job Details:
Come join us in recruiting humble, hungry and driven professionals to join Frazier & Deeter as we expand our team! This is an opportunity to work directly with the TA team along with leaders in our Tax, Audit, Advisory, Consulting, and Operations teams to gain an understanding of their staffing needs. A successful team member on our team will have the ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants as well as facilitate a defined recruiting process. Applicants must be able to demonstrate through experience an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and an ability to influence and guide their recruitment efforts through a strategic and consultative approach.
Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
- Successfully source, screen, interview, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Manage ongoing candidate relationship during the hiring life cycle
- Perform post-offer activities including communications, fielding questions, and assist in their onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System
- Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned
- Occasionally assist the Campus Recruiter with their events and tasks
- The ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals in a strategic capacity
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of recruiting experience
- Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting
- Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and applicant tracking databases
- Exceptional, outgoing interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
