Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day-time hours

Status: Full-time

Setting: In-Office

Compensation: Hourly + Commission/Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Place advertisements for open requisitions on Applicant Tracking System, Workable
• Proactively source passive and non-passive candidates
• Pre-screen applicants and administer pre-screening assessments
• Facilitate interviews with applicable management staff
• Guide the candidate through the new hire process, including extending offer letters, background checks & drug screens
• Assist in handling the new hire onboarding process
• Attend career fairs and other hiring events as needed

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Autonomy to be managed / report to a manager who is based in a different location
• Prior experience in a HR related setting is a plus
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with an already established team who is not based in the same geographic area
• Flexibility in schedule as start/end times may vary due to out of office activities
