Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • With Talent Acquisition Supervisor, perform all recruitment and pre-onboarding activitiesโ€ฆ
    • Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria.
    • Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Process employment forms.
    • Send job offer letters and negotiate terms.
  • Source candidates through various recruitment methods (online channels, referrals, recruitment/staffing agencies).
  • Advertise open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks, and our careers page.
    • Assist Talent Acquisition Supervisor with identifying additional and/or more effective options for sourcing candidates.
  • Assist in the development of our internal posting process.
  • Reach out to potential candidates and foster relationships to build a pipeline for future job opportunities.
  • Assist with building the BHDIC, biBERK, and THREE employment brands.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and coordinate job requisitions/postings.
  • Host or participate in job fairs.
  • Promote our company, an excellent place to work!

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Hiring Specialist, Recruiter,ย or similar role required.
  • Previous experience recruiting for IT/technical roles required.
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems required. Prior ATS implementation experience preferred.
  • Familiarity using social networks to post job ads and source candidates required. LinkedIn Talent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions.
  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge/experience in IT and/or insurance preferred.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $45,000- $55,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
