Lincoln Electric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Cleveland, Ohio Global Headquarters. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting our recruitment initiatives for salaried and hourly professional functions. What You Will Do

Our Talent Acquisition team provides world class service to the Lincoln Electric organization through a truly consultative approach. You will lead talent sourcing, interviewing, offer and onboarding processes across multiple functional areas. Specific responsibilities include:

• Utilize project management skills to prioritize open requisitions.
• Conduct research and sourcing activities to find talent for IT, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain as well as several other teams.
• Ability to support community outreach events, job fairs, and social networking activities occasionally.
• Leverage your professional networks to continue building the modern Lincoln Electric brand, which may include industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employee resource groups.
• Actively build a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Help execute Lincoln's diversity recruiting strategy.
• Apply your relationship-building skills to build rapport with hiring managers, HR partners and candidates.

Education & Experience Needed

• 2 or more years' experience in recruiting - experience may be from external recruiting agency or corporate recruiting.
• Combination of experience and/or education related to talent acquisition; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications is a plus!
• Prior success in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients at all levels.
• Excellent project management, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
