Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Administrotor

We are looking for a Talent Acquistion specialist with 3-4 years of experience of recruitment and administrator role.

1. 1. 1. Primary Requirements
         1. Resource and time sheet management for an IT staffing organization of 50+
         2. Process background checks for all new hires, specific to client requirements
         3. Work with Recruiting team to ensure hiring requirements are met and onboarding process is followed
         4. Coordinate with client’s VMS (Beeline) for log-in credentials and laptop issuance
         5. Work with client to facilitate vendor audits
         6. Coordinate with vendors for paperwork (MSA & Purchase Orders)
         7. Format candidate resumes as per client needs
         8. Submit resumes to client Beeline portal
         1. Facilitate client interviews
         10. Create and manage recruiting status reports
         10. Secondary Requirements
             1. Understand job requirements and help source relevant resumes
             2. Interact with the candidate to explain the job opportunity
             3. Discuss and negotiate salary / rate with candidates
      2. REQUIREMENTS
         1. 2+ years’ experience in supporting recruitment activities
         2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
         3. Knowledge with MS Office and comfortable in MS Teams meetings
         4. Preferred knowledge in Beeline
         5. Understand various USA Visa types and status, and Tax Terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099)
