Charles IT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated and tenacious individual who has a great eye for talent, knowledge of the IT industry, and is a great "people person".
Located in Middletown and Stamford CT, Charles IT is a leading IT Managed Service Provider that supports over 200 clients throughout the North East. Requirements
This is a full time in office role and does include allocated work from home days.

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist would help us deliver on:
- Recruiting new candidates for technical and administrative positions within our rapidly growing organization
- Finding new and creative avenues for employee recruitment; improving our sourcing strategies
- Keeping up-to-date candidate notes in our applicant tracking system
- Successful screening of qualified vs. unqualified candidates
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews within a timely manner
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Representing the Charles IT brand and mission in a way that conveys our culture and core values to prospective candidates. Can you sell excitement?!
