Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

What your new challenge will look like

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating offer letters and onboarding of new 4flow team members.

• Partner with the leadership team to identify staffing needs and selection criteria
• Work closely with the leadership team on DEI initiatives involving recruitment
• Continual sourcing of candidates and development of talent pipelines
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Partnering with universities to build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities at 4flow
• Onboarding of new employees including processing new hire paperwork.
• Updating job descriptions
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for other HR related assignments/projects

Why you belong at 4flow

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 3+ years' experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
• Previous experience with using recruiting software
• Enjoy challenging work and collaboration with fellow team members.
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)
