This role is a key driver of the organization’s global hiring success, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and data-driven improvements in hiring efficiency. Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of talent across multiple business areas.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Create and publish job postings using the organization’s ATS and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
  • Manage 15–20 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring efficiency, quality, and speed in delivery
  • Conduct background and reference checks to support compliant and high-quality hiring decisions
  • Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Use data and ATS insights to optimize hiring processes and improve overall recruitment performance
  • Requirements

    This role requires experience in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced, international environments, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

    • 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment
    • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
    • Proven ability to manage 10–15+ active requisitions simultaneously
    • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
    • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is a plus
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and results orientation
    • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid international environment
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil without sponsorship
