Responsible for identifying and helping secure amazing people and talent as part of the GHD family. You will be the GHD Ambassador to select colleges and universities throughout the United States. Be a strategic partner to the business by advising attraction strategies and champion intern and graduate hiring.

This position can be located near any US GHD office.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop relationships with Partner Schools in the United States
  • Register GHD for virtual or on campus career fairs
  • Be the subject matter expert on college recruiting platforms
  • Partner with the regional Talent Acquisition business partner and support the regional business
  • Daily recruiting responsibilities including opening requisitions, reviewing candidates and moving them through the recruiting process in a timely manner
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion in the Talent Acquisition Process
  • Conduct College Campus recruiting efforts and represent the company at Job Fairs.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required, such as onboarding projects and employee events.
  • Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, i.e. cold calling, internet, research firms, user groups.

Experience
  • 1 year of experience in college recruiting or Bachelor's degree in Lieu of experience
  • Creativity and fresh perspective on recruiting interns and new graduates
  • Excellent time management while remaining organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work well independently
  • Communicating with People - Conveying information using effective and appropriate methods that suit the situation. Easily and flexibly conveying information to others.
  • Generating Ideas - Developing creative, new, and innovative ideas and solutions to problems.
  • Examining information - Analysing, interpreting, synthesising, and evaluating one's own experience and information to inform judgement and action
  • Organizing - Coordinating one's self, their time, tasks, and work projects; approaching work in a highly structured way.
  • Showing Ambition - Displaying a drive to succeed; setting high goals and being determined to reach the very top of one's field or organization
