About the Job:Â
Taco Bell is seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Recruiter for a contract up to 6 months to support our corporate hiring, including Manager and Director level positions for Taco Bell’s corporate departments including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Architecture and Design, Development, Food Innovation, HR and IT. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies that attract talented candidates to Taco Bell. They will act as an internal consultant, influencing and educating partners on talent acquisition processes and best practices. This role will oversee end-to-end recruitment for roles and create innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and meet evolving business needs.
They will be expected to fill about 6-8 positions per month. The position will report to the Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition.Â
The Day-to-Day:Â
The Corporate Recruiter supports the overall growth of the Taco Bell brand through recruiting top talent for open roles, acting as a talent advisor for our internal hiring managers and interviewers, delivering a fantastic candidate experience, and assisting with ad hoc recruiting projects.Â
- Meet with hiring manager to conduct an intake session regarding the need; clarify the job profile and agree on the recruiting strategyÂ
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelinesÂ
- Conduct initial resume and phone screensÂ
- Structure and manage the interviewing process including working with hiring managers to define the interview panelÂ
- Greet all candidates and provide a tour during their onsite interviewÂ
- Work with Executive Assistants and TA Coordinator to schedule/coordinate interviewsÂ
- Partner with HRBP to create a competitive compensation packageÂ
- Extend and negotiate offers with candidatesÂ
- Build trust and credibility with clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruiting processÂ
- Understand current and future hiring needs and assess the talent market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies for the businessÂ
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process, regardless of outcomeÂ
- Assist with Recruiting team projects as necessaryÂ
Is This You?Â
- 5+ years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success working with cross functional partners including Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- Experience working on a variety of corporate roles in a fast-paced corporate environmentÂ
- Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, cold-calling, BOOLEAN searches, networking, database mining and other creative methodsÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Proven success in meeting diversity and inclusion recruitment targets.
- Experience working in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
Salary Range: ÂÂ$40-60/hour (salary is commensurate with experience)
