The Role Proofpoint is hiring a Talent and Culture Program Manager to report to the VP of Talent and Culture. This role will work across all Talent and Culture programs, driving initiatives that align with organizational growth, employee engagement, and workforce development strategies. The Program Manager will play a critical role in the execution of key programs related to performance management, employee engagement, culture-building, and leadership development. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, data-driven insights, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and business teams.

Your Day-to-Day

•Lead the implementation and coordination of Talent and Culture programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

•Partner with HR and business leaders to execute programs related to performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

•Support culture-building initiatives that enhance employee connection and alignment with organizational values.

•Coordinate and manage mentoring programs, including logistics, participation tracking, and resources for effective mentor-mentee relationships.

•Use data and analytics to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture. •Manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs.

•Provide project management and administrative support across all Talent and Culture initiatives. What You Bring to the Team

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience in program management, HR, or a related role.

•Proven ability to manage and execute organizational programs across performance, engagement, and culture.

•Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

•Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to evaluate program success and drive improvements.

•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

•Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving cross-functional initiatives. Key Competencies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 116,690.00 - 183,370.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 96,880.00 - 152,240.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 87,220.00 - 137,060.00 USD
