Availity is seeking a Contract Talent Associate to join our team and assist the Talent Acquisition Team in managing hiring processes. This isn’t just another HR Job, this is your chance to dive into corporate recruiting! As a Talent Associate, you will be at the heart of our hiring process, helping us build a world-class team of professionals. If you’re a people-person who loves juggling multiple tasks, collaborating with a fun team, and learning new skills, this role is for you.

Location: Remote - EST preferred.

What you will be doing:  

  • Resume Reviewing - sifting through resumes and spot the gems that shine. You’ll play a crucial role in finding the right candidates who align with our company’s mission and values. 

  • Staffing Partner Communication - be the go-to person for our Staffing Partners. You’ll answer their questions, provide updates, and ensure they have everything they need to find top-tier talent. 

  • Feedback Facilitation - assist in gathering and delivering feedback to our Staffing Partners. Sharing insights will help refine our talent pool and ensure we’re brining in the best of the best. 

  • Interview Coordination - you will channel your inner organizer as you schedule interviews with hiring managers and panelists. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from setting up meetings to confirming details with candidates. 

  • Background Screening Monitoring - keep an eye on the background screening process to make sure everything is on track. Your attention to detail will help us maintain a seamless and efficient hiring process. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an human resources or administrative role.

  • A passion for people, you love working with people and are excited to play a key role in building our team. 

  • Insanely organized, you need to be a pro at managing multiple tasks and keeping things running. 

  • Excellent communication skills, you must be able to clearly and confidently communicate with our Staffing Partners, candidates and hiring teams. 

  • Eagerness to learn! You need to be ready to dive into the world of corporate recruiting and soak up all the knowledge and experience this role has to offer. 

  • If you have previous recruitment experience, that will be preferred.
