What We Need
NetBrain is looking for an experienced internal recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in the Burlington, MA area. We’re looking for somebody with full cycle software industry recruiting experience. In this role you will be tasked with screening inbound applicants, hunting for passive talent, and hiring across a wide range of company departments and teams.

What You’ll Do
- You will partner with hiring managers to understand their team's talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including, but not limited to, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule video and in-person interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Utilize Greenhouse (our Applicant Tracking System) to track and manage candidate pipeline and recruitment data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes.

Who You Are
- You have 4-8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques and best practices for recruiting passive candidates.
- You are a relationship-minded professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in recruiting C-Suite/Senior Leadership professionals
- You have a keen eye for talent are able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You are nimble and persistent, comfortable with changing requirements and determined to find the ideal candidate
