Using data driven insights and deep knowledge of the business, we support various groups within the company on a global scale.Â
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
We are looking to fill an integral role on the Moloco Employer Brand team, leading our recruitment marketing, social media and audience development. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day management and execution of social campaigns for the Moloco Employer Brand across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. You will also be responsible for recruitment marketing which consists of tactical campaigns supporting open positions across multiple teams and regions, events and conference strategy/execution and awards + rankings.
- Ideate and execute managing social media channels including Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn. This includes writing copy, posting and community management.Â
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to help fill key roles in creative ways including social (organic and paid), event + conference strategy and more.Â
- Manage and track employer branding assets including categorization to ensure the Talent Acquisition team has all the necessary and useful assets to recruit top talent.Â
- Utilize data and insights to help guide employer branding campaigns.Â
Here is what you need to succeed (Experience & Qualifications)
- Successful track record in an employer branding or recruitment marketing position.Â
- Successful track record executing employer brand campaigns.Â
- You understand the nuances of each social platform and how to differentiate the content based on the audience.
- The ability to be highly influential in getting recruiters and hiring managers invested and inspired with employer branding and getting buy-in.Â
- You have experience in writing savvy and sharp copy that will cut through the clutter.Â
- You keep an eye on social trends and platform evolution.Â
- You use data to drive social insights and strategy.Â
- You are capable and composed in a fast paced environment who can coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
- You have a strong understanding of inclusion and diversity and how they are important aspects in employer branding.Â
- Preferable experience in tech.Â
- The ability to sift through complexities and nuances when it comes to information and feedback, using judgment to make decisions and complete projects.Â
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities and backgrounds.Â
- Scrappy and resourceful - able to come up with creative and meaningful campaigns that are cost-effective.Â
- Proactive and optimistic in the face of challenges. You have the ability to pinpoint the root cause of symptoms and solve them quickly.Â
