We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Talent Coordinator on our Human Resources team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 2 days a week in the office.

As a Talent Coordinator you will provide support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Collaborate with others to impact the continued evolution and improvement of talent acquisition and onboarding services including coordination of talent analytics, employer branding activities, diversity applicant strategies, and candidate and hiring manager experience initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition • Provide general support to Talent Acquisition team in areas including recruiting and on-boarding of new employees • Create timely and accurate job requisitions within Pathways ATS and maintain application workflows, email and offer letter templates as requested • Create offer letters within Pathways ATS for posted requisitions• Coordinate Pathways Onboarding processes for new hires and monitor new employee onboarding assignments • Facilitate and deliver New Employee Orientation as needed; maintain program materials and update as needed to ensure up-to-date information is provided• Manage new hire paperwork, execute I-9, and transfer info to the Operations team for inclusion in the Employee files• Administrate quarterly VOC surveys to hiring managers and candidates to assess recruiting and onboarding process effectiveness• Create and maintain TA Metrics, including survey data and TA performance reports (in conjunction with HR Operations team where needed)• Own the recruitment lifecycle for the AMA internship program including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding interns• Manage external job postings and related billings; help identify, evaluate and analyze recruiting sources to ensure pipeline of diverse candidates is maintained

Support • Provide administrative support to HR team as needed. • May include other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in HR or a project-based environment
  3. Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and on-boarding new employees strongly preferred
  4. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, independently manage workload and complete detailed projects accurately and on schedule
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication required
  6. Ability to work with all levels of employees and to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  7. Must have a customer focus and demonstrated service-oriented approach to work
  8. Must be an active problem solver and able to make decisions based on available resources
  9. Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, thorough, and timely results
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
