We’re looking for an essential Talent Coordinator to provide administrative support for the talent function and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

Your role here

In this role, you’ll handle the Talent Inbox, making sure emails get to the right people, and you’ll support the recruitment process by creating engaging job ads for open positions. You’ll also oversee the pre-employment and onboarding process, handling background checks and working closely with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have everything they need on their first day. Plus, you’ll maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), organize training materials, enroll team members in programs, and track their progress. As the Talent Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with managers to ensure timely training completion, identify training needs, and coordinate exciting training events.

Your experience and background

• Associate’s Degree (preferred) and 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or administrative role
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills 
• Ability to prioritize and be pro-active
• Experience with the Workday system is a plus
