Summary
In this role you will provide tactical support and integrate with the Talent Acquisition team to create value for our stakeholders and a positive experience for our candidates. As the Talent Coordinator, you will support our high-volume internal and external hiring transactions, coordinate, and partner with Talent-specific external vendors using structured processes. Talent Coordinators at this level will support a variety of coordination activities across the high-volume Talent Partners. Ideally, you have experience supporting multiple and diverse stakeholders, can work remotely or support activities outside of our physical location, and can communicate clearly. In this role, you will work individually or as part of a team supporting all Simplot business groups and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Internal Hiring Process (Union Bids), seasonal candidate coordination, and other hiring projects on an as-needed basis
- Partner with team to set hiring process expectations and timelines
- Assist Talent Partners to move internal or external candidates through the Talent pipeline, focusing on candidate experience
- Working with Talent Partners and site managers to schedule and confirm candidate interviews
- Assists Talent Partners with a variety of coordination activities but not limited to scheduling interviews, booking candidate travel, data entry, candidate follow-up, reporting and analytics tracking, invoice processing and managing external vendor relationships.
Typical Education
- Associates Degree
Relevant Experience
- 1+ years related experience and/or training
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, SAP/ATS System experience preferred
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to follow processes and policies
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
