CLA is looking to hire a Talent Coordinator (IPC) to join our Internal Operations team that will be based in the Des Moines, IA office. As an integral member of the team, they will take initiative, have strong attention to detail and thrive in a team environment. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to foster and maintain relationships at all levels within the firm!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local teams to coordinate and execute on the firm's campus recruiting strategy
  • Build relationships both internally and externally to help facilitate the recruiting process
  • Serve as a resource to future committed hires
  • Coordinate and participate in onboarding and orientation activities both locally and virtually around the firm
  • Resolves issues as they arise and assists with creating workflow processes
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team environment
  • Successfully multi-task on various projects
  • Other duties or task may be assigned, etc.

Education and Experience preferred or required:

  • High school degree or high school equivalency. Associate or bachelor's degree, a plus
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Travel expected less 10% and reliable transportation required
  • Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
