Job Summary
The Talent Developer is an end to end, soup to nuts role. From consultation and creation to facilitation and follow up, this role is vital to our foundation of ownership, autonomy, and accountability. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart and adult learning enthusiast; reveling in engagement and interactivity, while fiercely defending inclusion and equality. Relying on their experience as a facilitator and expert communicator, this person is poised under pressure, polished in their delivery, sees feedback as a superpower, and keeps a keen eye out for untapped potential and silver linings.
Responsibilities
  • Develop engagement with clients of varying levels through effective facilitation, allyship, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of group dynamics and leverage subtleties and real-time dialogue to facilitate group learning and individual engagement.
  • Identify and respond to market trends by providing customized strategies and solutions resulting in cultural awareness and change.
  • Develop talent management framework and maintain programs around leadership development, executive coaching, and succession planning.
  • Plan and facilitate learning events in a variety of formats, providing evaluations of impact as well as recommendations for change and/or enhancements.
  • Support design team with ideation and creation of content.
  • Market learning events on internal social media platforms.
  • Promote and drive the adoption and integration of existing development, unconscious bias, and I&D programs, tools, and resources.
  • Ability and willingness to engage with self-effacement and awareness of one's identity and social advantages.
  • Promote workplace gratitude.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required.
  • Previous experience in a corporate learning function. Experience with inclusion and diversity-related training preferred.
  • Dynamic facilitation style, with the ability to actively engage learning audiences of all sizes and levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and training design models as it applies to corporate learning.
  • Ability to consult and actively listen, both within and outside of facilitated programs.
  • Knowledge of employee resource groups and/or talent management lifecycles.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $75,750.00 - $121,199.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
