POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Development Analyst will have company-wide responsibilities to support key talent processes that help support development and retention of our employees.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports and executes enterprise-wide talent development initiatives.
- Supports organizational career paths that focus on the development and retention of our talent.
- Executes and supports a full suite of developmental experiences to strengthen individual growth across the organization.
- Provides supporting tools, training and resources for annual talent processes including: talent, mid-year and performance reviews.
- Collaborates with technical system administrator and HR Comms for annual talent processes.
- Ensures integrity of talent data and provides support for automation, analysis and reporting.
- Prepares and reports on key talent metrics.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting talent development processes and systems.
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to interact easily with all levels within the organization with a high level of collaboration and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple key stakeholders.
- The ability to conduct business with little direction and work in an autonomous manner; this includes the ability to be a self-starter and utilize a proactive approach to achieve results.
- Ability to run reports and organize materials/data for presentations in a clear and understandable way.
- Data analytical skills along with proficiency in MS Office software including solid experience working with Microsoft Excel (generating and interpreting pivot tables, graphs, and V-lookups)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
