POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for providing company-wide support for the implementation/execution of training programs. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the ability to balance multiple projects and related tasks at one time.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with various development programs, communicating with employees and managers, stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and community partners.
  • Inputs and maintains employee training activity in Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, completion, and reporting.
  • Maintains online course catalog, course descriptions, and scheduled offerings in LMS.
  • Develops and coordinates training assignment and enrollment process; secures and schedules training rooms, and manages communication and guidelines related to participants' travel logistics including hotel, air reservations, etc.
  • For in-person events, coordinates with local administrative contacts for training room configuration, along with set-up and clean-up of audio-visual technology, and food and beverage.
  • For virtual training, schedules meetings and events, coordinates access to facilitators and participants, and provides technical/facilitation assistance as needed.
  • Assists in development of training communication materials.
  • Tracks and orders program supplies.
  • Communicates with training participants and facilitators, including coordinating materials, preparation, distribution and tracking of registration confirmation, course evaluations and completion details.
  • Acts as a point of contact for course attendees and manages vendor correspondence. Greets and assists vendors and course participants, initiating classes and introducing speakers/facilitators as needed.
  • Supports the management of digital learning and development resources.
  • Tracks program budgets and chargebacks and processes invoices.
  • Assists in preparation of Talent department metrics and reports.

    Other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • LMS and HCM systems experience preferred
  • Experience in a Learning & Development or Human Resources department preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
