Position Summary: 

The Talent Development Manager will lead and help evolve all aspects of Roivant’s Rotational Analyst (RA) Program, a two-year experience for recent college graduates. You will also help drive the design and execution of core talent practices, including Performance Management, and Development Programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help us elevate our HR practices as our organization continues to grow and mature, and in turn, you will help support the business in achieving stellar results. The successful incumbent will be highly proactive and will possess a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead all aspects of Roivant’s Rotational Analyst Program, a two-year experience for recent college graduates: 
    • Drive end-to-end university recruitment strategy for Rotational Analyst Program. 
    • Plan and execute candidate assessment and selection processes, in partnership with third parties. 
    • Design and manage onboarding experience for new Rotational Analysts. 
    • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs for Rotational Analysts. 
    • Align Rotational Analyst placements based on business needs. 
    • Partner with managers to co-manage Rotational Analysts’ performance. 
  • Support the design and execution of core talent management practices, including:
    • Performance Management (Feedback, Talent Reviews) 
    • Employee Listening (Interviews, Focus Groups, Surveys)
    • Development Programs (Manager Trainings, Individual Development Planning, DE&I initiatives) 
  • Help manage and analyze data stemming from core talent management practices. 
  • Collaborate across the HR team to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of core HR practices. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR roles of increasing responsibility (5+ years’ experience preferred). 
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done by working quickly and iteratively, confirming expectations, quickly generating quality output, and rapidly converting feedback. 
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, time-management, and project management skills. 
  • Quick and scrappy learner with desire to learn new things, bring new ideas to the table, and develop new skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Work independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities. 
  • Capacity to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways; use evaluation and judgment and interpretation to recommend right course of action.
