Overview:
The Talent Development Manager, Entry Level Programs will be responsible for designing, implementing and assessing talent development programs for our entry level talent throughout North America.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, North America, this position will work collaboratively with the HR team and business leaders across the organization to enhance the capabilities of the workforce.

Overview:
The Talent Development Manager, Entry Level Programs will be responsible for designing, implementing and assessing talent development programs for our entry level talent throughout North America.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, North America, this position will work collaboratively with the HR team and business leaders across the organization to enhance the capabilities of the workforce.
Essential Functions:
- Drive development and implementation of entry level talent programs throughout North America
- Align entry level talent development programs with strategic plan to ensure pipeline of future talent
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in university engagement and partnerships
- Create and provide reports detailing talent program activities and provide regular updates to key stakeholders including insights for process improvement
- Conduct group facilitation, training and presentations to various stakeholders
- Serve as point of contact for internal partners and managers inquiring about North America entry level talent programs
- Assist in the evaluation of vendor capabilities, and the management of quality of services of vendors
- Work with business leaders and HR business partner team to assist with identifying talent needs to ensure robust talent pipeline
- Oversee performance review process for entry level talent, including implementing quarterly reviews
- Collaborate with HR business partner team and business leaders regarding placement of entry level talent including rotational movement; participate in campus events as required
- Solicit feedback on quality and effectiveness of entry level programs and recommend improvements as necessary
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or closely related field
- 7-10 years of experience in organizational development with a minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent development programs with a preference in entry level talent programs
- Forward thinking with the ability to manage multiple tasks while driving deadlines
- Demonstrated track record of working successfully in a fast paced, agile environment, while leading multiple projects
- Driven by intellectual curiosity, stays current on best practices in the organizational development and talent management space
- Demonstrated facilitation skills with the ability to engage talent and foster learning
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with HR and business leaders
- Strong business acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking and partnering
- Ability to take ownership of projects and manage resources to achieve project outcomes
- Strong process orientation and subject matter expertise in adult learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Approximate travel 10%
